Community Guidelines

Valuaire brings together people who fly, drive and work together. For that to work, a few rules apply — to everyone, whatever their role.

What we expect

• Say who you are. Real details about you, your company and what you offer.
• Keep what you promise. A confirmed job is a commitment, not a suggestion.
• Stay civil, including when something goes wrong.
• Settle disputes through support, not through reviews.

What does not belong here

• Insults, threats, harassment
• Discrimination based on origin, gender, religion, age, disability or sexual orientation
• Sexual content and depictions of violence
• Fake identities, invented listings, invented reviews
• Contacting someone to take the deal off the platform and avoid the commission
• Advertising other services in chats

If you see something

Every listing, message and review can be reported. We look at every report and tell you what we decided. Anyone harassing you can also be blocked — then they can no longer write to you.

What happens after a breach

Depending on severity we remove content, disable a feature or close an account. If a decision goes against you, we tell you why and you can appeal. Where a crime is involved, we work with the authorities.

When we adjust them, we publish a new version. What applies at any given time is always here.
