Valuaire
Cancellation Policy
·v5
This version takes effect on September 24, 2026. Until then the previous version applies.
This policy applies to flights and services booked through Valuaire. It is part of the Terms of Service. Valuaire does not handle payments: whatever is retained or refunded is settled directly between you and the provider.
If you cancel
A request you have sent but the provider has not yet accepted can be withdrawn at any time at no cost.
Once the provider has accepted, a cancellation costs a share of the agreed price. What counts is when your cancellation reaches the provider through the app, measured against the departure or service time:
- more than 72 hours before: 25%
- between 24 and 72 hours before: 50%
- less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: 100%
The provider retains this share of what you have paid and refunds the rest. If you have not paid yet, the provider may invoice it.
A provider can offer more generous terms for a listing. Where a listing shows its own cancellation terms, those apply instead of the table above.
If the provider cancels
You owe nothing. The provider refunds everything you have paid and, where possible, offers an alternative. A provider who cancels accepted jobs repeatedly loses visibility and may be restricted.
Force majeure
Weather, air traffic control, technical safety findings, official orders and similar events outside either side's control are treated as force majeure. No cancellation charge applies, and the provider refunds what you have paid. The provider evidences the event on request.
Subscriptions
A Valuaire subscription is purchased through the App Store or Google Play, not from us. Cancellation and refunds therefore happen there, in your Apple or Google account settings. The terms and deadlines of that store apply, and we cannot refund a payment that was processed there.
This does not affect the rules above for flights and jobs, which you settle directly with the provider.
