Commission Schedule

What Valuaire charges

Valuaire charges a booking commission on the agreed price. The rate depends on your subscription and is applied automatically to every job.

Rates for operators

  • Core: 8% of the job value
  • Plus: 6%
  • Black: 4%

Rates for concierges and service partners

  • Core: 15% of the job value
  • Plus: 13%
  • Black: 10%

When commission is due

Commission is due once a job counts as completed. If the other side does not confirm, the system closes the job itself 48 hours after delivery was reported. Open commission is invoiced monthly and treated as confirmed after 30 days without objection.

If a customer cancels

If a confirmed job is cancelled, commission applies pro rata:

  • more than 72 hours before the date: 25%
  • 24 to 72 hours before: 50%
  • less than 24 hours before: 1

What counts is when the cancellation reaches Valuaire.

Changes

If a rate changes, this schedule is republished and put to you for acceptance at least 15 days before it takes effect. Until then the old rate applies. Anyone who does not accept cannot take on new jobs; jobs already running stay on the old rates.

What this does not cover

Tax, payment terms and the settlement between you and your customer are governed by the provider sections of the Terms of Service. Valuaire does not process payments: the customer pays you directly.
